Is the Lord prompting you to go to Africa during the long summer holidays? Then consider and pray about the possibility of joining one of our Synergy teams. The approximate dates for the 2008 teams span between the middle of June and the end of August.

You will meet the rest of the team and have orientation for 4 days in the UK and then leave for Africa shortly afterwards. You will need your church to support you in prayer and in any other possible way. You will be encouraged to set up a group of people to commit to pray for you while you are away. On your return you will be debriefed on your experience.  The approximate cost for each team is £1800.

The aim of a Synergy team is to give you the opportunity of experiencing overseas mission by using your skills to serve God in Africa.

U-Turn team South Africa 2008

(4 people) The team will run for 5 weeks during July and August (South Africa’s winter!) and assist the U-Turn homeless project by providing practical assistance in a homeless shelter, ministering to those living on the streets and helping with holiday camps for groups of homeless people.  A great opportunity to show love, as Jesus did, to the poor and forgotten ones in our world.
