Well it's just over a week until Orientation starts and the Mediquest 2007 adventure begins! I don't know about the rest of the team but this week is going to be rather busy; collecting foreign currency, buying last minute things, packing, saying goodbye to friends and family...we need to be careful we are not exhausted before we even start.

Well it's just over a week until Orientation starts and the Mediquest 2007 adventure begins! I don't know about the rest of the team but this week is going to be rather busy; collecting foreign currency, buying last minute things, packing, saying goodbye to friends and family...we need to be careful we are not exhausted before we even start.

I know I speak for everyone on the team when I say we really value your prayers and support. We don't know what joys and challenges lie ahead of us in the coming weeks but one thing we can be certain of is that God will be with us through it all. I'd ask you to pray for our health and safety, not just physically but spiritually too. Stepping out in faith can leave us vulnerable to spiritual attack so please pray for our spiritual life as we prepare this week and during our time in Kenya. Please also pray for us as a team; that we would gel together as a team and be united in our purpose.
